Buick’s Initial Quality leadership demonstrated!
Buick has always been reliable and continues its tradition of excellence in the J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality StudySM (IQS), an evaluation of new-vehicle quality after 90 days.
For 2005, Buick has showed greater momentum by moving up from its fifth-place position in 2004 to fourth this year, Buick initial quality exceeds the industry average by 15% and is higher than that of most luxury and all non-luxury brands in the U.S. market.
Buick’s focus on continuous quality improvement is apparent. Since 2003, Buick initial quality has improved 11%, and since 2001, the division has improved 19%.
